India’s first company to introduce an indigenously built & ARAI approved electric powertrain – Starya Mobility

After four years of design and testing of an electric powertrain to suit Indian road conditions and climatic conditions, the 5.5kw patented PMSM Motor & Controller unit has got approval from the Automotive Research Association of India(ARAI) for its commercial use.

The company strongly believes that this ARAI-approved electric powertrain will be a game-changer in the EV industry by expanding the EV ecosystem with this affordable PMSM Motor & Controller unit. The electric powertrain is unique because it is tested to sustain climatic
conditions in every region of India and this will fulfill the industry demand. The electric powertrain is available at an affordable rate of ₹35,000 which is one-third the price of a brand new scooter.
