Okinawa is an Indian EV company founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Gurugram and has its manufacturing unit in Rajasthan. Okinawa manufactures 3 models viz. Lite, Ridge and Praise with price range varying from Rs. 45,000 to Rs. 1,08,000/- (Ex-showroom). Of these, the Praise model comes with an impressive range of 100+ kms and a top speed of 58 km/hr.

Praise comes in two variants – Standard and Pro and takes around 2-3 hrs for full charge. The scooter generates a peak power of around 2500 watts and gets three modes of Economy, Sport & Turbo.

a very disappointing experience with okinawa praise pro. its only a month from the date of purchase and facing a lot of issues like
1. wrong trip reading which the service centre is not rectifying mentioning the company executive need to arrive for the rectification.
2. the shock obserbers 9/jokers) were damaged in a month and it took around 10 days for replacement.
3. the bike is getting automatically restarted while in driving mode.
4. the battery showed empty even though it was full.

the response from the service Centre is not satisfactory. for every 3 to 7 days i was going to service centre for repairing my bike. its a very pathetic experience for me from the time i purchased the vehicle
